I was shopping around for an inexpensive used car for my daughter and stopped into the Buford dealership on a chance that they may have taken a dependable older car in trade. Having a large family with 5 daughters, I was not in a position to spend a large amount of money for 1st cars for each of my kids. After explaining this to Louie the sales manager, he fully understood and hooked me up with salesman Manny. While other dealerships could not be bothered because of the maximum amount I had allotted to spend and what my expectations were, Gunther was completely just the opposite. Manny showed us an older Jetta that came in that day in trade, that was in my budget and that my daughter was very excited about. He explained to us, the car would have to be checked out in the shop the next day before they would sell us the car. After putting a deposit on it, we found out the following day that Gunther could not sell us the vehicle because there was a possible problem with the transmission. Any other dealer would have sold me this car just to make a sale, but this dealership has strong principals on the way they do business. I was sold. I knew then -amp- there that these people were honest and could be trusted when it came to buying a car. The following week Manny showed us a Honda Accord that came in on trade -amp- gave us a deal that I could not refuse. Louie -amp- Manny have changed the way I look at car dealerships in regards to looking out for the customer first and making the sale secondary. They have made my 17 year old daughter-s dream of owning a good looking dependable car a reality and we will not hesitate in spreading the word on how great this dealership -amp- the people working there are.
